Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing on the various platforms of CNN as well as HLN. The TV show she hosts"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK was launched on March 30, 2012. The show also has her as an on-camera meteorologist and is the co-executive director. The first novel she wrote was EXTREME weather. It was released by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston Schneider was the three-day reporter on special assignments who reported on entertainment and lifestyle. Prior to joining WB56, she was employed as the weekend forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami. She's held a variety of jobs in meteorology and reporting, such as: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news television network, as well as WXII-TV which is the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The other position she worked in was a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
